New Delhi : The sixth edition of India International Science Festival (IISF) 2020 will kick off on December 22. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver his inaugural address on Tuesday at 4:30 pm through video conferencing, announced the union minister for science and technology, earth sciences and health and family welfare, Dr Harsh Vardhan.
