Surat (Gujarat) [India]: Colours were added to patriotism on the occasion of 77th Independence Day celebrations in Udhna, as the member of legislative assembly (MLA) of Udhna constituency, Manubhai Patel pledged to plant as many as 1.11 lakh saplings. MLA Manubhai Patel took the oath in a rally organised on August 15, under the Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi-led initiative named 'Meri Maati, Mera Desh', a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
